So i just signed up to a new franchise style gym for the first time in a while, i have been lifting at home for years. so the first things i noticed were everyone is wearing gloves and belts. i was wondering if their purses matched their accessories.
also another thing i have noticed is everyone seems to bounce the bar off their chest when bench pressing. is this something guys picked up from social media or is it just franchise gym douchebag behavior? surely you guys don't believe in that right?
