winstrol and test E split weeks

I’m 26 years old, 6’2’’ and 217 pounds. 15% body fat.
looking to split the steroid stack into 2 parts. Part 1 more for bulking then part 2 for cutting.
test E 500mgs a week for 6 weeks then taking 4 weeks away from either and then doing winstrol 25mgs a day
what would you recommend between both of these? Should I run a different oral or just take a break entirely?

at your body fat I don't see the purpose in using winstrol. use var instead
