Approved Log Self TRT Log

What do you guys do for labs?
I'll share my experience with my PCP so others can avoid $$.
Got my yearly physical and all the typical labs were good.
Can't do the hormone panel during yearly physical because insurance won't cover it.
Next visit was just hormones.
They looked at just the basics and the cost was way high. Don't remember the exact amount and of course ignored the high SHBG.

I weighed almost 300lbs in the unhealthy fat days in my 20's so I've never seen an ab lol. Started walking and lifting weights around 1990. In the early 2000's started using mostly test but added dbol, tren here and there. I had no intelligent cycle, just stayed on test. My diet has been mostly plant based plus eggs, and fish occasionally, protein powder, EAA, and lots of supplements. Water is a gallon/day or more. I've used every test booster I thought might work. I'm sure I'll start remembering more. Thanks for the welcome!
This is just food for thought regarding vitamin b12 and D supplementation or any supplements for that matter.
I was using 1cc b12/ day @ 1200mcg. Labs 1,555 pg/ml
Almost double the highest in the range.
Vitamin D @ 20,000IU/day
Labs 80ng/ml
Range 20-80ng/ml
Seeing my numbers made me view supplement doses responsibly.

It's been maybe 20 yrs since I've ordered anything and back then I'd be shaking in my boots goin to the p.o.b. to pick up a gift from Romania lol. Looks like things have greatly improved eh.
you can pick domestic not international so you dont need to worry about customs
every approved source we got has domestic option check it

Updated workout: Weight 171
Started 5X5 last week.
Wednesday squats, barbell rows, narrow bench, plus 1 isolation movement.
Thursday squats, barbell rows, narrow bench, plus 1 isolation movement.
Friday squats, barbell rows, narrow/wide bench, plus 1 isolation movement.
Minimal rest between sets.
As the weight increases each week the rest interval will increase.
Deadlifts will be added and may alternate with squats.
As intensity increases, days will need to be split up maybe EOD.
Weight today 176.2
