Approved Log Simon TRT Log

Weighed in at 228.4 this am, likely because I ate less amount and less frequently than usual.

Also, I miscounted the anavar cycle length, this is the last week coming up. Going into week 8 it feels like its not working anymore, perhaps my body is building a tolerance to it, maybe the sarms are starting to kick in, just doesnt seem to have the same pumps and muscle hardness I did in weeks 4 and 5? Definitely seeing differences in body comp though and I'm down quite a bit on the scale but strength has certainly increased. Will post photos and stats end of May.

Sat 05.20.23 Day 49 Anavar/Test
Day 19 Added MK-2866 & SR-9009

DIET:
0800 - 25mg anavar, fish oil, 20mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009

0845 - 3 caps N2G, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1 tsp psyllium husk.

0930 - 2 breakfast sandwiches, (2 eggs, 1 slice cheese, 2 slice bacon, 1 on biscuit and 1 on English muffin)

1000 - 100mg test cyp

1100 - 1230 jiu-jitsu 60min

1330 - 10mg SR-9009, 1 can tuna, 1/2c shredded chese and handful of raw spinach rilled in protein wrap, 1 banana. 2 caps N2G.

1800 - 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 10mg SR-9009

1830 - 1 ate ½ 12" pizza and 4 garlic knots. I havent had pizza in almost 12 months. It was take out pizza from a local italian place, makes their own sauce, dough, even sausage.

2130 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 2caps N2G

TRAINING: jiujitsu 60 minutes
SLEEP: 2230 - 0730 approx 9 hours
WATER: approx 1g

I am choosing to not lift like a powerlifter anymore with the goal focused on a higher total. I must train for longevity and myself! Proceed to log.

1700 - handful shelled pistachios, 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 10mg SR-9009

1800 - 10oz tri tip, 2 small baked sweet potatoes, 1.5c arugula salad with grilled asparagus, feta cheese and lemon juice

1930 - 8oz chocolate soft serve with 2oz peanut butter and 1 sliced banana.

Due to some ailments and overall GPP, I feel the need to change my strength training a lil bit. Besides, nobody gives a f#$K how much I can squat, bench or deadlift other than me, even at a meet and 15 years from now I still want to be able to pick up my kids, kids and bend over and tie my shoe without any issues. Therefore, Ill be substituting squats and deadlifts with some more hip and knee friendly movements like goblet squats and rack pulls, good mornings and front squats at considerably lower weight.

I will also be incorporating some bicycle time outdoors to help with rehabbing knees and hips as well an increase in cardio. Additionally, assistance/accessory work will be more geared to looking good in a pair of shorts more so than not having a neck and increasing my powerlifting total. Bottom line is, I am starting to hurt too much and do not want it to affect my quality of life or the quality of life of my family.

Hard pill to swallow, but there, I said it and accept it and now that its in the open I will be more accountable to making it a reality. Maybe squat and deadlift more down the road but for now, need to take a step back and heal up. Thanks for reading.

@Simon I'm more interested in you staying in this long term. Go slow and rehab more.

The diet is starting to move wrong way, english muffins etc, you need to cut carbs bro and start getting fats back up and protein back up.

1400 - 5oz tri tip, 1 small sweet potato

1700 - handful shelled pistachios, 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 10mg SR-9009

@Simon you're doing liquid fish oil right?

at 1900 I suggest you change the rice to some brown rice and add some walnuts end of the meal
