Still a little sore in lower back muscles but much better than last week. I've changed up my assistance work this Training block to help the Squat and deadlift by adding front squats and good mornings. Knee sleeves were a good investment too.

0500 - 25mg anavar, fish oil, 20mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009
0530- 3 caps N2G, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk. 2/3c granola, 2c yogurt, 1c mixed berries.
0900 - 4 egg omelet, 3pcs bacon, 1/2c cheddar, fresh mushrooms and jalapenos w 2oz salsa and 1oz sour cream
1100 - 10mg SR-9009,
1230 - 1 avocado, 4oz chicken, spinach and romaine mixed with, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, mushroom and bell pepper and crumbled blu cheese, olive oil and balsamic. 2 small bananas. 2 caps N2G
1500 - 3 hard boiled eggs, 3 clementines, 1 apple
1700 - 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 10mg SR-9009
1730-1830 TRAINING 5/3/1
1830 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.
1930 ‐ 2 smash burgers, (2.5 oz 96/4 ground beef, flattened into a 8oz tortilla cooked in pan and topped as a burger, diced tomatoes, acacado, pickeles, lettuce, cheese. Fold in half and eat like a taco). 2c oven roasted sweet potatoe fries
