Approved Log My recomp cycle log

5-23-23

Started a new coffee today, 20g of protein and less than half the carbs of my normal coffee w/creamer. Macros we’re impossible to figure today because I had Chinese due wife having an appt. Next two days are super swamped so probably no update til Friday. I’ll try to remember to add the oils in to the macros for you guys.

All caloric intake is from 12pm-6pm
(Except coffee and supps upon waking)

You can't cook food yourself?
Of course I cook for myself and food prep but this week is a ton of procedures for my wife so she gets to pick the food. We also live about an hour and a half away from the nearest city and it’s south texas so leaving food prep in the car even in a cooler is not exactly safe when it’s not our 1 week of winter.
