The weekend was good had a nice 5 mile ruck Saturday, was cut short do to the 7” of rain we got the evening before. Got to rescue a catfish swimming down the center of the road, the shit you see in rural southwest Texas when it floods. Finished 5 mile ruck on Sunday. Sunday weigh in and measurements I was down 1.5lbs from last week and down a half inch in waist size. Todays diet wasn’t the best but I am trying to reduce carb intake. Have gone from probably 400g a day pre cycle to around 150g. Also today I started Anavar 15x2 daily plus 10mg sublingual pre workout on training days.
