Approved Log Simon Log 2.0 - Anavar, TestE, EQ & Primo

@ballin2504 I want to believe that it is not placebo effect cause I'm only 11 days in but the minor ailments of knees, wrists and elbows seems to be noticeably better. My lower back, hips and SI joints don't see any relief yet. I've seen mixed reports of noticeable improvement in days, sometimes 2 weeks but full efficacy takes 6 to 8 weeks. Id recommend its worth a shot for anyone whos been in discomfort long enough and has the money. Also, I've only been using Umbrella products so far and will switch over to Ultima from NapsGear week 3. Thanks for asking.
@Simon BPC and TB arent placebo for sure they work. It just takes a long time. I was on BPC157/tb500/ostarine for 12 weeks before really feeling it, but honestly I switch to HGH now :) lol

Day 11 of BPC157 and TB500

DIET:
0600 - 1/2c oatmeal, 1 peach, 1 banana, 1tsp honey, 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water blended as shake.

0930 - omelet with peppers, onions, sausage bacon and cheese w 2oz salsa and 1oz sour cream

1300 - 5oz grilled chicken over 2c mixed greens, 1 avocado, cucumbers, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, blue cheese crumbles dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin

1530 - 3 hardboiled eggs, 1 apple.

2000 - 2 roasted chicken thighs with skin, 1 sweet potato, 1c blanched carrots and broccoli. 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water

TRAINING:
Jiu-jitsu 60 minutes

SLEEP: 2130 - 0430 approx 7 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:
Fish oil triglyceride liquid:Omega 3 - 2540mg,Omega 6 - 1000mg, Omega 9 - 1000mg
CoQ10:400mg, Turmeric Extract:1g, BioPerine Black Pepper Extract:20mg
Glucosamine HCl 1.5g, Chondroitin 1.2g
Magnesium 300mg, (taurate, glycinate and malate)
8 caps N2G, NAC 2.3g, Milk Thistle 3g, Tudca 1.2g, Beet Root 2g, L-Arginine 1g
Probiotics 50 Billion CFU 20 Strains
GEAR: Anavar 50mg, Test E 150mg, EQ 150mg, Primo 100mg
@Simon 1530 can you add some nuts to this? like 3 eggs 1 apple and 4-5 walnuts

You used BPC and TB for 12 weeks?

HGH is on my radar for future use. I wonder if it is worth the cost and if it is something you can cruise on? I will research it eventually, before asking questions on here prior to use.
 
I am going to bump Primo up from 200mg to 400mg per week and TestE/EQ mix from 300 to 400mg per week as well for the last 7 weeks. Anavar will be done next week. Any thoughts? Also added 2g Taurine per day to the sup list for added organ and cell health.

1230 - 5oz grilled chicken over 2c mixed greens, 1 avocado, cucumbers, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, blue cheese crumbles dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin

1530 - 3 hardboiled eggs, 1 apple.

1700 - 1c beef broth

1930 - Nan bread topped with homemade pesto, grilled chicken, tomatoes and shredded mozz. 2c aruala with fresh buffalo mozz and cherry tomatoes dressed with olive oil and lemon juice. 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water

TRAINING:
Rest day

SLEEP: 2130 - 0430 approx 7 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon

so you are just now starting anavar? i am a bit confused with all the logs having trouble following who is doing what

@Simon bump the primo but keep test the same and yea time to stop anavar bro enough already
 
@SteveSmi not sure what you mean @Simon was on anavar until now, he's cutting out anavar and upping his injectables like primobolan which makes perfect sense
but he wrote he will start it next week though. and he said he was upping his primo. i thought he was on it too

Simon can you clarify?
