@Maverick602 keto if done right no muscle loss, do a refeed once a week 2 times per week or so to build up the glycogen stores
Can you please explain this is detail? Once a week or two times per week? What does a refeed look like from a food and carb consumption standpoint?

Service was super quick and packaging looks awesome. I start this bridge April 1st and will post more pics of the packaging and capsules when I crack these open.

Finishing up my Peptide/Test cycle log this week and then I will return here to start my bridge log.

Bridge delayed. I have been sick I for two days as is everyone around me. Fever, headache, chills, congestion, fatigue. Sucks.

Did 15 minutes of cardio, stretching and a sauna today, I’ll do the same tomorrow if no improvement.

As soon as I feel better. This starts.

My last test cycle shot was supposed to be Sunday but I’m dropping the bi-weekly equivalent dose from 500 to 300 per week for at least the next shot Wednesday morning and then Friday back to my TRT dose plus SARMS.

Can’t do much more at the moment. Looking at the screen hurts my freaking head.

not taking N2Gaurd yet….saving it for the start of the SARMS

I only missed one day of training. Taking it slowly otherwise because I have a slight lightheaded feeling.

Three days straight in the sauna after my training. Sweating like a pig!!

Getting a minimum of 8 hours of sleep and two days I was able to take a 20 minute nap mid afternoon.

Rest is key.

Drinking so much water I want to puke.

Cardio, abs/core and sauna today.
 
make sure to rest.. you are a lot more wise than many out there so i know you will get adequate rest.. without that, you will only prolong it.. plenty of water as you know as staying hydrated is the most important.. keep electrolytes up and try to eat whatever you can but with your symptoms, im guessing you wont have much of an appetite... just do your best but rest is the most important
 
if you're that sick then you shouldn't even be doing cardio
now is not the time to stress your body out
