Bulking cycle in July

Hi I’m currently 28, 200 pounds 6’2

I’m planning on running a bulking cycle in July
Would 350mgs test per week(16 weeks)
300mg deca durabolin per week(16 weeks)
Would this be enough to put on a decent size of mass or are there any other compounds I should consider adding ?

I would recommend to split the cycle for 2 parts, and in the 1st part you can add dbol for 4-6 weeks.

The classic version of parabolan had a strength of 76 mg/mL, but such products are quite rare.
I think the min dosage for parabolan is 200-300 mg per week. You should make a testosterone stack (test phenylpropionate or test cypionate).
I don't like the idea of using anadrol and trenbolone at the same time. Especially for the second (final) part of the cycle.

Ok thanks a lot. Do you think I should just drop the deca or run deca,dbol , test c , and parabolan? I also aim to eat around 8k calories a day since I’m avid swimmer I’m planning on making it 60% carbs,30%protein,10% fats would this ratio help me put on more muscle mass

@Monogordo5 welcome to the anabolex family.

This is a good cycle in general test and deca but this is a bad dose mix and you dont have dht aids there like proviron and no organ liver support like n2guard and no ai like aromasin but besides that there are MANY problems with this cycle.

you're getting bad advice, you shouldnt be thinking about ADDING steroids without actual planning
like how can we honestly tell you what to use and what to inject if we know NOTHING about you? i mean this isnt info we just on the surface, you want real advice right?
to get real info you need to share with us, HOW? well start a NEW thread with your PRE cycle log journal
tell us what your diet is training is and cardio/history and we can guide you as a big community into a good bulk cycle

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

if you plan on recovering this is a very bad cycle
16 weeks with Deca is really 25 weeks which would mean it would take you probably about nine months to fully recover
 
that is plenty to get good results
might want to add in proviron
 
might want to check out para pharma
very nice deals going on right now that you can log

highly recommend using a DHT as well
that will help balance things out
