Post workout- 42g protein shake with honey

Lunch- 2 protein waffles, 3 eggs

Dinner- 2 hamburger patties, green beans , salad

Snack- omega-3 mix, protein cookie

Fruit- mango, pineapple, and strawberry smoothie

Yes but honestly when I’m at work I lose energy around 12. My wrist has been hurting me for the last couple of days so I put some icy out on it and wrapped it up.
wrist issues, ok knowing this lets DROP the weight back to normal as you had before and reduce 5lbs from before the increase to be safe

can you get cardio in more 10min?

Doing the honey around 12 when I’m at work would be hard to do and if I have time to get more cardio in I will but there are days where I can only get my cardio in at work because I don’t have the time before work
