1.1grams per liter is very high and could cause issues bro thats why i never suggested it

Yea I guess so, I think my stair master cardio addition also might be playing a role in it. I basically drench a shirt completely in sweat whenever I do it. It’s not even physically exerting I just sweat. And I do that 2x a day
Make sure you're hydrating, especially if you sweat out, and you're compiling that with fasting. A lot of those electrolytes and water you get from food. You're not getting

Sounds good bro, I like to go up a level every 3 or 4 days. Also with the sleep sups, I’m sleeping less overall but it’s better quality sleep if that makes sense. I’m getting about 6hrs but I’m no longer tired
