To be transparent I’m really newbies on cycle, so I took a coach and I followed is instructions I did 10 weeks of d bol and 5 of anavar I saw better result with anavar so I’m thinking to maybe do again 5-6 weeks again in few months

just i got all the gear yesterday and when i was looking video i saw than normally humatrope come with a pen, i saw than is can be order from pharmacie but here in swiss we need prescription, i will try to get it, if not for sure insuline syringe is a solution just thinking it will be more conveniant

Yes today is bank holiday here so go walk outside normally on normal day 1:15 to 2 hours cardio per day more on summer as I love cycling but never less than 30 minutes running early morning
