farm raised salmon is fed a really unnatural diet
Nah bro all the stores around me only carry farm raised salmon. Weirdly enough I get easy access to wild caught sword fish tuna etc. is there any other good sources of omega 3s I can get besides salmon?

I mean I feel fine despite the aggressiveness off the calories. I actually feel like I need it since post cardio sessions I feel extremely light headed. The salmon allows me to pack on tons of salt without water diluting it. I found out that 2 meals a day work best for me

@Monogordo5 avocados are a great option and raw plain nuts
be careful with those large fish, they carry a lot of mercury so only in moderation
yeah salmon is rarely wild, it is 99% farm raised

Post fasted cardio meal: (protein cake of sorts: 1 scoop casein peanut butter whey , 3 servings egg whites 10g baking powder , 4 oz almond milk 14g sugar free chocolate chips, 1.5 servings no sugar added pb fit and some honey). 2 servings of fat free Greek yogurt

2nd post cardio sessions meal: 20oz 99/1 ground turkey. 6 servings sugar free bbq sauce and 50g lettuce
