steady cardio
Diet

Pre workout-50 g Protein shake with honey

Post workout- 42g protein shake with honey

Lunch- skirt steak and mixed veggies

Dinner-two hamburger patties, carrots, and sausage

Snack- protein yogurt, protein cookie

i've never had success in the air fryer with steak. but i like chicken. maybe mine just sucks
This is the one I use. I put on the steak setting for six minutes flip it and do another six minutes.

Diet

Cant beat steak and eggs

Like we have talked about before bro I can only do so much cardio with the time frame that I have at the gym but I did 5 miles at work. And I can try to eat them again but I don’t like the texture.
 
I am hypoglycemic, so if I do not drink, the protein shakes after my workout, my energy will go down and I will pass out.
you can reverse that man
the more you feed your body sugar the more you will become more and more hypoglycemic. that is a myth anyway, you just have a sugar addiction and have built up a lot of insulin resistance
