Approved Log Cycle, Diet, Training - Cutting Log

I lost 60 pounds in 4 months, I am starting to feel weak on my diet. I dont want to gain weight but I feel weak in the gym. So times I feel strong other times super weak. I want to lose the weight so bad. I want to lose 20 more pounds. I mainly eat meat, pork, chicken with somtimes half cup of rice and vegatables. Only drink water with lemon. Thats why I thought maybe sus would give me more strenght during my Calorie def.
Those goals are fine, but need actual foods from you, you need to be more specific brother
use an app like myfitnesspal or cronometer and log your diet for 2 weeks, actual food
and log your training lets see where you're at before we start pumping you full of gear @MikeW
 
@MikeW 48 years old and good job getting your weight going in the right direction.
can you talk more about what got you to 311 pounds prior? was it just bad diet?

Ok I eat the same stuff every week. I dont know exactly how many calories but I am 100% sure its a big def. I eat only 2 a day sometimes 1. Its always every day the same. One day its ground beef, some veggies and only sometimes half cup of rice. Then next day samething but with Pork, next day same thing with chicken, the. Next day ground beef next day pork and so on. I dont deviate or change. When I go to gym I walk the treadmil 1 mile in about 15min. I do chest and Bicepts, next time Back and tricepts then Shoulders and Bicepts. I have not started legs yet. I will start writing down and being more percise and let you guys know. I am ordering through naps gear starting now but I have test, masteron from other source and Anavar on the way... The Masteron I am taking might stop taking and only take the test and anavar.

The Masteron is strange to me but I have nothing to compare to its my first time. When I take the masteron, I get super energy like 10 min after injection. I get so hiper I can work non stop for hours not sure if thats normal or I have fake Mast and they put other stuff in it.

one things to avoid losing muscle to is to use liquid carbohydrats after training like dextrine or rice cream with protein shake

Work out 3 times a week at least. Cardio only fast walking a mile 3 times a week. I want to do more.

Diet is low Calorie, high protien and low Carb almost none. I am taking Tirzeptide each week. 5mg every 4 or 5 days.

I am 48 years old, 4 months ago I was 311 pounds. Today I was 254.6 lbs.

I ate today 1 half cup of rice, and 4 pork chops. I only drink water with lemon. I eat twice a day small portions. If I am really hungry I just eat more protien. Example: few days ago I ate 3 or 4 cups of ground beef with brocali.

I think I am having trouble with Prostate. I bought saw Palmeto. I am having trouble sleeping. I sleep 2 hours wake up then maybe back to bed for 3 hours more.

I dont know at what weight I need to be but I want to burn all my fat well atleast very lean.
Hey Everyone! I just got done working out and wanted to post pictures of my results of 1 month working out 3 days a week I am still fat lol but you should have seen me 4 months ago I was 311lbs now I am 250 at 5'10"

Hey Everyone! I just got done working out and wanted to post pictures of my results of 1 month working out 3 days a week I am still fat lol but you should have seen me 4 months ago I was 311lbs now I am 250 at 5'10"

I am taking Test E 400 once a week sometimes twice. Masteron E 200 a week.

Work out 3 times a week at least. Cardio only fast walking a mile 3 times a week. I want to do more.

This was me at 311 pounds 4 months ago and me now! I want to get shredded and never go back to that old me!

use addictions to your advantage. get addicted to healthy things like outdoors and gym

bro my wife was 120 pounds when we met at tractor pull. she jumped in when dude attacked me and punched that guy. that how we met first time. since then she been gaining weight. she eat a lot of bacon
