Those goals are fine, but need actual foods from you, you need to be more specific brotherI lost 60 pounds in 4 months, I am starting to feel weak on my diet. I dont want to gain weight but I feel weak in the gym. So times I feel strong other times super weak. I want to lose the weight so bad. I want to lose 20 more pounds. I mainly eat meat, pork, chicken with somtimes half cup of rice and vegatables. Only drink water with lemon. Thats why I thought maybe sus would give me more strenght during my Calorie def.
use an app like myfitnesspal or cronometer and log your diet for 2 weeks, actual food
and log your training lets see where you're at before we start pumping you full of gear @MikeW
