Approved Log Cycle, Diet, Training - Cutting Log

I am taking Test E 400 once a week sometimes twice. Masteron E 200 a week.

Work out 3 times a week at least. Cardio only fast walking a mile 3 times a week. I want to do more.

Diet is low Calorie, high protien and low Carb almost none. I am taking Tirzeptide each week. 5mg every 4 or 5 days.

I am 48 years old, 4 months ago I was 311 pounds. Today I was 254.6 lbs.

I ate today 1 half cup of rice, and 4 pork chops. I only drink water with lemon. I eat twice a day small portions. If I am really hungry I just eat more protien. Example: few days ago I ate 3 or 4 cups of ground beef with brocali.

I think I am having trouble with Prostate. I bought saw Palmeto. I am having trouble sleeping. I sleep 2 hours wake up then maybe back to bed for 3 hours more.

I dont know at what weight I need to be but I want to burn all my fat well atleast very lean.
@MikeW what do you mean you’re taking test e 400 once a week or sometimes twice a week. You’ll have your hormones jumping all over. Stick to one dosage
 
Hey Man! On my way to the Gym. Last night I downloaded myfitnesspal. Today I only ate once. 1 60 oz steak, half cup of white rice. Thats it! I feel pretty good. Lost some more weight. About to do Shoulders and Triceps right now!!!!
how about doing just the steak and eggs and dropping the rice brother? @MikeW
 
I am at 249.6, Excited. Wanting to and going to get ripped!!!! Eating Protien, low carb!

@MikeW bros this one looking sweet! pumping some nice iron. next step for you is protein and more carbs
