Approved Log Lets Get To Work: CEO 12-Week Recomp Cycle Log

Yo bros you savages are still with me?
this one is for my bros who been asking me via PM about how I’m able to keep food interesting while staying on a clean clean. I’m not eating like a rabbit here guys LOL I’m really eating like a bodybuilder who’s on a mission to conquer the world, MY WORLD!
Here’s what’s working for me this week these are my top meals of the week::
Preworkout carb boost: 1.5 cups cream of rice + 2 scoops whey isolate + cinnamon sprikle + tiny bit of pink salt
For postworkout I’m haviong: 8oz grilled chicken + 300g white potato + 1 tbsp olive oil + more what protein shake
For the late night meal I’m having 6 whole eggs + 1 big avocado + sautéed spinach in coconut oil on the pan! I also added a cassein protein shake right before bed:
1 mountain scoop of casein + 1 spoon of almond butter + whole milk
As far as my key recovery protocol:
Running BPC-157 + TB500 is still in rotation
I’m foam rolling about 10 mins after training, sometimes before too and can’t forget now my 20-min sauna stay some 2–3x per week

I’m really feeling like I’ve struck gold with this recovery and nutrition combination bros. The scale weight hasn’t really dropped much but in mirror you can see the progress the mirror don’t lie. Lean mass is hanging on staying on me from all fo the steroid I;m taking for sure. The fat has slowly been peeling away and I’m still lifting like a machine!
With this week 9 update in books all done right I’m going to keep dominating so please keep watching!

Only a a couple fo short weeks left weeks left in this recomp and I’m feeling like a sharpened blade, leaner, meaner, tighter, strong as hell, but still HUNGRY FOR MORE.

This is where most bros just hit that cruisecontrol mode and just start letting up off the gas. Not CEO, you don’t knwo me to be like that! Not Ever Bros. I’m pushing harder than at the start, because this is where the finishing touches and the look is truly earned! Can’t coast now.

Week 10 Training sdjustments: Increased the volume on isolation work on some excersies.
More reps with more control = more time under tension = More growth!

I added sort of paused reps on my incline dumbbell presses and the lateral raises for that deep burn that feels good at night.

Now for leg day I includes some hard walking lunges with dumbbells to torch fat and tighten glutes/hams doing lost of reps.

Until this cycle ends I am still sticking to my 5 day split but with added INTENTION focusing on some muscle. My strength has dipped slightly on a few of the heavy compound lifts, but guess what bros? My physique is looking freakier and venier than at the start. It’s a trade off I’ll take any day of the week, any week of this cycle.

Note about my mentality going forth: I’m really treating these final weeks of my Recomp like a sprint, going all out till the finish line. My meals are precise macros, water intake is up during the day all day. My 8 hour sleep at night is sacred, and every rep I hint in the gym is performed with intention!

As always, your posts are on point and super motivating. You’ve really got an amazing physique and, above all, a mindset that makes the difference. Thanks a lot for sharing all this with us.

I do have a question for you though — how do you see things after your cycle? I’m asking because I went through some reflections myself during my last cycle, wondering a lot about how to handle the “after phase.” But honestly, when I went off cycle, it didn’t really impact me the way I expected — the mindset was still there, and so was the drive to give 100% every session.

So I’d be really curious to hear how you see it on your side.

bros i been using the sauce for years. also took a couple years off completely after my plumbing accident. so i been full circle through it all. so my mindset doesn't change when i come off. plus i used to deal gear underground like 10-12 years ago.. i dont' do that shit no more lol. but i used to see clients go through ups and downs. so i experienced enough to not let mental game effect me now
