this one is for my bros who been asking me via PM about how I’m able to keep food interesting while staying on a clean clean. I’m not eating like a rabbit here guys LOL I’m really eating like a bodybuilder who’s on a mission to conquer the world, MY WORLD!
Here’s what’s working for me this week these are my top meals of the week::
Preworkout carb boost: 1.5 cups cream of rice + 2 scoops whey isolate + cinnamon sprikle + tiny bit of pink salt
For postworkout I’m haviong: 8oz grilled chicken + 300g white potato + 1 tbsp olive oil + more what protein shake
For the late night meal I’m having 6 whole eggs + 1 big avocado + sautéed spinach in coconut oil on the pan! I also added a cassein protein shake right before bed:
1 mountain scoop of casein + 1 spoon of almond butter + whole milk
As far as my key recovery protocol:
Running BPC-157 + TB500 is still in rotation
I’m foam rolling about 10 mins after training, sometimes before too and can’t forget now my 20-min sauna stay some 2–3x per week

I’m really feeling like I’ve struck gold with this recovery and nutrition combination bros. The scale weight hasn’t really dropped much but in mirror you can see the progress the mirror don’t lie. Lean mass is hanging on staying on me from all fo the steroid I;m taking for sure. The fat has slowly been peeling away and I’m still lifting like a machine!
With this week 9 update in books all done right I’m going to keep dominating so please keep watching!
