Contemplated if posting this was worth it - and decided to post for advice.

Placed a large order (more than $1k & a lot of money for me) with UPsteroid for my upcoming bulk from a domestic warehouse. Domestic for fast delivery and no customs.

8.29.25 - Placed and paid for order
- Payment is confirmed / validated
8.30.25 - Email stating order is in preparation
9.2.25 - Another email stating or is in preparation
9.5.25 - Emailed them to double confirm my mailing address
9.8.25 - Email from them saying to wait for tracking
9.9.25 - Email from them saying thank you for your patience
9.11.25 - Email from them saying my order can't be filled
- Respond asking for a refund via original payment method
9.12.25 - Email from them saying for security and confidentiality reasons, I cannot get a refund. Only wait for replacements or take store credit.
9.15.25 - Email stating still no refund but offer non domestic replacement
9.16.25 - Email offering better but non domestic replacement. Confirm replacement if it is quick ship
9.17.25 - Email from them offering different replacement which is closer to what I ordered
9.18.25 - Confirm replacement
9.22.25 - Email them to ask about shipping
9.23.25 - Website offline


Apparently this is their refund policy and is stated somewhere on their website, but I can't find where it says this. Upsteroid has been apologetic and I have been patient.....I expected some delays since I ordered over a holiday weekend but not this many. Their customer service has been okay....but every response takes 24 hours to receive. They state they can not issue refunds due to confidentiality which to me...does not make much sense

I searched the forums and they get great reviews, so trusted that they had access to the stock they advertise, but now I know they don't. I am going to have to delay the start of my bulk and be out a lot of money....

Any advice?

I will personally take this up with management, but could you be so kind as to furnish me ASAP with a bit more detail, like your order number for example.

Thank you for your patience.

I was informed that the issue(s) stem from a misunderstanding in the availability of stock in line with your order preference.

However, I was also informed that a solution is been worked on to get your required products delivered.

And although we do not issue real currency refunds, I was informed that you will receive a commercial gesture commensurate to the inconvenience caused albeit we understand that nothing can substitute the time you have lost particularly as it has to do with your bulking program. For that I once again tender an unreserved apology.

While a solution is been actively and urgently sought, I have been informed that you will receive a coupon for the value of your order in addition to 10% as a gesture for the inconvenience.

I was told a reply to your ticket has already been made even as I write this.

I will continue to monitor the situation and gt back to you as soon as I have more information.

UPDATE:

This has been totally resolved. While I wasn't able to get the Primo I originally wanted, I was able to select other compounds as replacement. Everything shipped quickly and has been received.

Jayne was amazing and I don't think I could have gotten this resolved without her. Even though I wasn't able to get what I want, I am pretty happy with the way this got wrapped up.

I do have an issue.
My order still shows payment pending, so I made a support account at upsteroid.help The support team got back to me asking for my payment info, which I provided, and they said it was all good. the order status changed to processing. But in the payment section it still shows pending?

I tried to reach out to their support again, But can now no longer login to the support login page shows that the site wants to verify the email, only i did not receive a verification link at the email I used.

All of this to say Upsteroid has some problems with their order handling process,

Thanks @GHgut4life I'm waiting on the client to provide their order number.

However, there is a need for @Arctichydra to note that there is distinction between payment processing time, order processing, and the delivery time (specific to the warehouse - in this case US Domestic). Once I get the order number, I'll be able to know if a tracking number is available for the order.

I understand the processing time. Here is everything that has happened thus far.

Order was placed on Saturday 6th of June 2026, 01:15am
Payment was submitted then, I filled out their payment forum.

Payment verification did not happen until I reached out to their support team about it on the 9th . They asked for proof of payment. I provided it. The next day
On Wed, Jun 10 at 4:44 AM
Congratulations Chester, Our accounting department has confirmed your payment.
Your order No. UP3013379354 will be prepared soon (if all products are in stock) and shipped.
Your package tracking information will then be sent by email.

Then following that I got the below message,
On Wed, Jun 10 at 9:45 AM
Your order is now taken care of by our shipping and logistics team. Your package is currently being prepared.

The preparation time is from 72h depending on the details of your order (delivery method, type of products, destination). You will be informed by an automated email containing all the necessary information to track your package as soon as your order is ready. For more information on shipping and delivery.

That is the last I herd from them. I reached out again to ask about the status and have not received a reply as of yet
