The guy I knew has moved away so I've had to turn to the internet. I've searched and searched but cannot seem to find a reliable, real source/vendor based in the UK. I've heard of Steroids-UK, but so many reviews say they're a scam site. I know this forum has its list of approved vendors like UGFreak, Domestic-Supply, and Naps Gear, but these to all be overseas US, AU, based companies. Does anyone know of a genuine supplier in the UK? I don't fancy having to run the gauntlet with customs for Dianabol, but I can't find any anywhere!

None of those UK sites are legit in the way you’re hoping for, so don’t trust Steroids-UK or anything like it, they’re known to be scams. The vendors you see listed like UGFreak, Domestic Supply, Naps are all overseas but they are real, so if you order you just deal with customs risk. A lot of guys in the UK end up running that route anyway since the local market is full of counterfeits.

If you want to be sure, post up bloodwork once you start pinning so people can see if the gear is doing what it should. That’s the only way to know if it’s real, because reviews and claims online mean nothing compared to actual numbers.

Thanks for such a detailed response mate! I was thinking of just doing six weeks of dianabol, hitting the gym once a day and making sure I’m at 3,500 cal, 210 protein + macros throughout. Think if I remember correctly I’ll need something to combine with it to limit any estro effects (google suggested Letrozole). Used to be in amazing shape and then got into a relationship and let things slide and my gym time got less and less - I’m still in shape but nowhere near what I used to be and as I’m going through a pretty bad split right now, I figured a 2 month intensive camp to try to get back to how I used to be would be great for me. I’ve only ever done one cycle before and was pretty much guided the whole way through by a gym buddy who’s moved away now, but it was an oral cycle that I did so I’m guessing it was dianabol (good eight years or so ago now), but if you would be so kind, l would love some suggestions if there a better option to put on as much mass as possible please?

Happy to try overseas options, I’d done some casual Reddit scrolling and seen a post about being arrested by customs and I didn’t know if it was a fake or if customs really are on it with importing penalising you for importing these and if it was best avoided. Thanks for your advice!

Cheers mate - that’s a big help! With my work and everything (dbs checks, etc), I was worried about running the risk with customs! Quick question, when I’ve checked napsgear and looked at the 3 UK brands, all products say “coming soon” is that pretty standard, and do I just have to wait until they are back in stock, or do I need to message, sign up, etc? Start a full log here so we can track your training macros and progress each week, and we can recommend you a cycle.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

1. Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
2. Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
3. The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
4. Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you.

1. Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
2. It will take 15-20 minutes max.
3. We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
4. Please post a Log Journal asap for us
