My bills dictate that I need my jobs. My fatigue is telling me to stop. But then I get a bill or a vet emergenacy or like next week car will be serviced. Then next month the other car..... It's a life cycle right now. I just need to pay off this debt. Plus the colder weather has me own. Whine whine whine..... It's a beutiful day and I have a bl;essed life. So I keep trugging along.

@brandypup Looks like your dog wants to get in there for a workout. He certainly looks like he gets his fair share of muscle gains. He's a big boy for sure.

@brandypup i haven't seen selank used a lot. i heard its good for brain function. what are some things you like about it?

A nice piece of equipment right there. Hopefully the dog approves and hopefully you get some good mileage out of it. Do you keep your equipment outside? Does the rain kind of take a hit when it comes to rusting it out? @brandypup

yes. And it's giving me a tummy roll so something isn't right. :/ I also have a raging bladder pain that happens at certain weight gains and with carbs. SO I am working on getting this straightened out.

He is a good boy. No I have a love of big dogs. They are an amazing breed with a great history.

This one was 60$. I have been watching craigslist and new on amz is 119$. This one felt like it would hold me.

Well It seems to give me purpose after lunch if that makes any sense. I have a very static job (reception) in a very small cube. And a wave of depression was over taking me. So I decided to try it. So I do 300mcg after lunch. I have felt much better. It's been nice.

Had it outside for a bit but now it's too cold and it rained a couple days. It seems to have been an outdoor unit. But it's in the bedroom now.

@GHgut4life yea. Seems by bladder pain comes along after i eat alot of carb stuff. So sadly i cut all carbs again to get the pain under control. Ill add back on slowly once i have the pain gone. But ill have to be more careful. The symtoms all reflect Interstitial cystitis but the urologist who did the scope said it wasnt. Soni dont know. All i know is the pain is borderline unbearable to the point im looking at indiamart for a couple things to help.
Left photo was at gym last weekend. Right photo at home. Trying tonget my legs and butt in better shape but workouts a little light till pain eases up.
