Monday morning.
My 4am dog drills. I also added a jump rope style (no rope) to 100 alternating left right (not the full jump with both feet bladder can't do that yet)
Nurri 30g protein shake. I woke up with a hungry tummy! Had the shake and did the walk. After the dogs/cats were fed I had an amazing gluten free waffle with real butter and 100% almond butter so yum.
NAD 500mg IM and test e 2mg IM.
Egg and garlic at work with protein drink.
I did 60 units of Minoutaur at lunch and walked over 1.5 mile walk outside in the beautiful sun.
I have an amazing salad, avocado with tuna waiting for me.
I can't seem to fast now. I am just hungry. Did my afternoon lunch walk and went to Walmart for an energy drink and was going to get some deli chicken but the line was long so I got some hummus and ate that with my beet veggie chips (real ones from farmers market). Now I am stuck in a half cubicle going batshit crazy to be outside.
Tuesday
Will be pretty much the same. I am running with NAD, B Complex, Amino5MQ NADH, or Lipo shots in the morning. With Slupp oral. And my CJC/Ipamorelin no DAC in the evening with my Estradiol 1mg (pill)and Progesterone 100mg (pill) , Metformin in the evening. Testosterone injections .o5mg 2 times a week. Monday and Thursday.
Ill be taking photos of my equipment and posting my evening work out. It's not much as I am usually toast. I think the progesterone is making me soo damn tired.
