Approved Log My precycle log

Wow, first of all I'd like to thank the community. Everybody is super kind!!

I ran SARMs my first time around. I'm thinking I'd rather run real gear for my next cycle.
For the lotion, it was Iconic Formulations, the Ultra Eleven and Alpha 4 concotions.

Diet is what I've gotta dial in next, I've lost 40 lbs so far of fat, and now the scale has stopped moving hahahaha. I'm currently in the middle of moving out of my old place into a new place, so I've been keeping fridge bare.

I eat maybe 4-5 eggs a day, 2-3 slices wheat bread, some veggies.. and drink lots of whey protein. I been drinking a lot of milk too... but thats been part of my downfall I think. I try to hit cardio daily, once I'm settled into my new place I'm gonna be doing a lot of trail hiking for my cardio.

This log right now is to help me figure out how to properly record, document what's working and what's not, and get some practice down so maybe I can run a real cycle here this coming summer.


As far as supplements, I take a daily serving of Beet Root Extract, L-Argenine, 10-15g Creatine, Caffeine, Green Tea Extract, and for my pre workout I use C4. I'm also taking a powder form GNC men's multivitamin daily.

Last night was leg night, for legs all I've been doing is squats, leg press, calf raises, and calf extension.

On squat I hit 135x5 for warm up, and then hit 225x10, 225x10, 225x8, 225x7.
For calf raises, I just kept the same weight on the bar and did 225x25, 225x25, 225x17, and 225x20.
Leg press I hit 4 sets of 360x15, 400x15, 400x15, 420x9.
And then calf extension, I did 140x15, 140x15, 140x15, 140x11.

Today is my meal so far
Breakfast: Multivitamin, my other powder supps, and a scoop of Optimum Nutrition protein.

Lunch: I'm eating about 500 calories worth of Spring Glen Ham Pot Pie, and 16oz whole milk.

Snack: one serving of these popcorn baked chips, and two 50g protein shakes throughout the day.

And for Dinner I'm planning to have 3-4 eggs, and maybe another 16oz whole milk.

I drink lots of water daily, I hit the cardio bike daily for some light work to keep blood flowing and help with digestion etc.

do you see anyone else on here drinking that much milk? it isn't a good option in bodybuilding. check out some other logs and see what guys are eating and drinking @LayBrickSetStone

Bros. You are already looking fantastic. @LayBrickSetStone happy to have you part of ABX family. I can tell that you got good commitment.
 
I've been doing 30-60 minutes of zone 2 daily for months, but I got a little burnt out on that. I might do 30-60 minutes now of zone one, just a casual light cycle...

Starting tomorrow though, I'd like to get back to my daily zone 2.
@LayBrickSetStone that is Some dedication right there. Doing that much cardio. Cardio daily means your heart must have gotten some amazing conditioning. Sometimes those benefits are not visible

Having said that, I did complete a chest day today.

that is a solid workout man. I'm sure you built up a strong appetite. @LayBrickSetStone And that's a good sign as well. It means your body really wants to be fed.

Thanks everybody. Really hard day for me today. Woke up, my cat was having a seizure. Took her to the vet... she is no longer with us.

Going to retire the milk for now, ya'll are right. It's too heavy and too dense for what I'm trying to do. Water is just fine with me.

I'm utterly broken and devastated by the loss of my amazing cat... but it's not going to be an excuse to stop or slow down. Just going to double down and work through this. I'm blessed to be apart of a community so kind and open to newcomers. Thanks all.

Roidders was asking about my cardio conditioning. When I was smoking and obese in June, my resting heart rate was high 90s, low 100s. These days its 58-66 avg.

Nutrition for the day:

A ham sandwich for lunch.. 3 slices ham, 1 slice cheese, on 1 folded wheat bread slice and lite mayo, 100g of protein powder, tonight for dinner I'll have a serving of popcorn and a serving of chicken pot pie. No milk today. Might have another 25g or 50g serving of protein.. rather risk getting more than 200g vs getting less than 150g.

Typical supps.. Green tea extract, L-Arginine, Beet Root Powder, Multi, 10-15g Creatine, Guarana Extract.

For cardio, I hit a stationary bike. In the coming future I'd like to train for a long distance thru-hike, so I might switch up cardio from cycling for hiking in the new year.

Cardio for the day:

1:36:47 total time. Avg hr 120bpm. Range 95-162.

A candid pic, and then I tried to get a pic of how sweaty I was despite my attic being less than 40 degrees Fahrenheit lol. Shirt was soaked so I tossed it off.

In the next week or 2, gonna dial in my diet. I've been eating maintenance, avg 200g protein a day, maybe 150g carbs, 50g fats or so. like 2200-2700 calories a day.

Definitely need to zero in on calories and drop another 10-20lbs by May, I'd say. Here's some current pics from tonight

ht 5'7, wt200, age 29. Bodyfat % unknown, probably low 20s.

My current 1RM is 340 on squat, 435 on dead, and 225 on bench... but I'm confident if I spent a week retesting my 1RMs I'd be up from the last time I tested.

I'd link them if allowed. The Ultra Eleven is a lotion containing 11-KT, and Alpha 4 is 4-Androsterone. I think they helped with vascularity, but I also was using them to help me with any potential Ostarine-induced suppression.

So Ultra Eleven is 200mg per application of 11-KT, and Alpha Four is 225mg per application of 4-DHEA and 100mg of Androsterone.

"11-KT, or 11-ketotestosterone, is an oxidized form of testosterone that functions as a potent androgen in both humans and certain animals like fish. It is an important adrenal androgen in humans and is synthesized in the adrenal glands, though it is considered weakly anabolic"

"4-DHEA (4-dehydroepiandrosterone) is a naturally occurring prohormone that the body can convert into testosterone and other androgens through enzymatic processes"

"Androsterone is an endogenous steroid hormone and weak androgen found in both males and females. It is primarily a metabolic byproduct created during the breakdown of more potent androgens, such as testosterone and dihydrotestosterone (DHT). "

Seems like they're some sort of weak, barely androgenic lotion pro-hormone precursor. for $400 for a stack for a cycle.. plus the SARMs... I would've been better off investing in real gear lol. It gave me experience and discipline for a trial run, I guess.
