ugloz.is another bad experience

I know ugloz.is is pushed by all the fanboys on here but I have to tell you. I've now ordered from these clowns twice, and I can say both have been bad experiences. The first time, I thought maybe it was a fluke, so I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. But when I tried using them again, the same crap happened: slow shipping, underdosed products, and bad customer service all around. They refused to work with me even though I did not have any results on both cycles.

Is it possible for you to drop receipts?
Literally! Can you provide your order receipts/invoice as proof? Can you provide screenshots of your correspondence with their customer support?

If not, then it's hard to accept your comments as this source is deemed to be trusted on this forum.
