New into bodybuilding - advice appreciated

Hey all,

A bit about me, I am 29 y old, 83kg, 192cm, and have worked out consistently for the last 2 years. I worked out a lot when I was younger but not seriously, and also put on a lot of weight when I stopped around 25 and got a boring desk job. Since then, I got an active job and have become much healthier and fitter. I am now looking to take my fitness journey to the next level by trying out a cycle of PED. I am not sure which ones are the best to try for someone who is a beginner and inexperienced. My gym lifts or stats are all pretty average as is my physique. I am currently trying to shred down as I have quite a lot of fat in my midsection (estimating 18% BF).

I have been reading a lot into SARMS and getting mixed messages. Currently thinking about a straightforward first cycle of just using Test E at 350-400 mg a week and maybe Anavar. Any advice is appreciated :)

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.
To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Might want to look into the GLP-1 options. Tirzepatide is a great option for you to get lean.

SARMs are mild versions of steroids. They won't shut you down and they won't cause as many side effects but they are also much weaker.

Bros, you might want to look into Primo and Anavar. Those are good mild options as well with some testosterone.

Hey mate thanks how long do I run them for? And how long after PCT do I have to wait to try again. I am thinking of doing Test E then PCT and then an Anavar cycle

Welcome to Anabolex.

If you want to run a standalone Test E cycle you can go:

Wk 1: 200 mg/wk
Wk 2-5: taper up 400 mg/wk
Wk 6-9: 500 mg/wk
Wk 10: taper down 200 mg/wk

Add 3 g/day of fish oil to help regulate your BP
30 mg/day of Nolvadex for managing estrogen levels

PCT
2,000 IU EOD of HCG for 20 days plus 100 mg/day of Clomid for 30 days.
