Had to do a quick workout for my pull session this week. Just because it was quick doesn't mean it lacked intensity. Squeezing out as many gains as possible. I am so glad to start my cut as I am starting to dislike the amount of body fat on my physique. It is making me self-conscious about the way I look, so I am glad to get a lot of this fluff off of me.
