Approved Log My Journey to the Stage Journal

Had to do a quick workout for my pull session this week. Just because it was quick doesn't mean it lacked intensity. Squeezing out as many gains as possible. I am so glad to start my cut as I am starting to dislike the amount of body fat on my physique. It is making me self-conscious about the way I look, so I am glad to get a lot of this fluff off of me.

I plan on shifting to a little bit more volume as opposed to heavy weights to compensate for the loss in strength. Thursday, I took a rest day, but still did my HIIT Cardio.

Terrific on these supplements. My favorites are the Red Yeast Rice and the CoQ10. I've been using them for years as well and tudca is a great one. @satxbber
