Wow that's a low dosage on the primo. Don't be afraid to increase it a little bit. @SolivigantYB Primo really is a mild option.

@SolivigantYB HGH 4 IU is a really good dosage. I see a lot of people pumping the HGH. Back in the day it was hard to get and expensive.

Yeah I’m a very high aromatizer hence the Primo but at 2IU before the primo was introduced I had an IGF-1 of 435 so I’m balancing keeping my estradiol low enough to avoid the acne that started showing up but high enough to help with IGF-1 Conversion
