Approved Log My cycle prep Log - bulking plan

I'm always recommending cutting down
being lean is so much healthier
 
it's a lot easier to bulk up than it is to get lean
so you can always bulk up at a later date
 
I think you should definitely cut up especially with the summer coming
you want to be able to go to the beach with confidence

Today I what I ate is below in Cronometer
For cardio I did 45 min lawn mowing burned 329 cal
Results for testosterone test came back along with cmp and cbc below
Walked for 80 min burned 494 cal
Only hit chest today since my right arm was hurting from getting blood drawn.

Much appreciated I think I’ll cut down since I’d prefer to bulk up while being lean. What is a cutting cycle that you recommend ? I’m looking for something to stack 375 test for 16 weeks with

Yup sounds good I’ll get my fsh and lsh and e2 tested. Also how much aromasin should I be taking
 
Todays log ran out of meat and egg whites so had to make due with some dried lentils I found
Today I walked for 2hrs to burn 742 cal

Yes definitely after my barbell rows. Also how long am I going to run the anavar and how much do I take per day?

but are you ready for it? I think your log needs more weeks in imo
Realistically it won’t start for another couple weeks. I’m still in the process of buying all I need. Currently I have testosterone e, 23ga 1 inch needles, 50 25mg aromasin. I was thinking of following Dylan gemellis protocol for a pct lmk what you think

I did 80 min of walking to burn 494 cal was going to swim but it thundered and outdoor pool was closed. I’ll probably swim tomorrow

When I start my cycle how many caps of N2guard should I take per day? I plan on running 300 test for 16 weeks and 50mg anavar everyday for 8 weeks
n2guard you should be doing 7caps ed
4 caps am and 3 caps around 2pm
