Approved Log My cycle prep Log - bulking plan

Blood test results did a testosterone test along with cbc and cmp let me know what you think about the results

Big update tomorrow I’m getting some blood work done, I believe it’s just testing for testosterone since my physician wanted me to get one a couple months ago around this time of year. I also requested a cbc and a cmp not sure if I got those but if not I’ll go on my own time to get those numbers.


Todays log everything is in Cronometer did some swimming and walking today
Walking Burned 278 cal
Not sure on swimming did 20 min mainly focusing on sprinting
350 breast stroke

150 of it sprint 200 moderate

100 free style sprint

100 butterfly sprint

Total swim time 25 min
Legs and shoulders below


Legs

215 squat 15 reps

235 for 15 reps

Hacksquat

205 for 17

225 for 15 reps

Hamstring curls 100

Lat raise 90 pounds 15 reps

100 pounds 10 reps

Shoulder press machine

That steak is cooked perfect

Only hit chest today since my right arm was hurting from getting blood drawn.

Got any tips on how to stay dry on it ?
@Monogordo5 take 50mgs proviron that will help but you need n2guard as well

My desired outcome from the cycle is to put on a good amount of muscle mass around 20 pounds, Id prefer to stay dry with the Npp since I’m also planning on using dbol. Currently I was thinking of running 30mgs sr to help me lean down faster in preparation for the cycle. Let me know what you think

@Monogordo5 IMO looking at your situation, I really dont think you should bulk, you need to CUT and shred
you need to lean out right now before bulking honestly

Sounds good, should I run a cutting cycle with sarms so I can recover from it faster or would you recommend using gear to cut then bulking around spring or summer ?

Far too much
 
I wouldn't bother getting prolactin
it's usually expensive to get it tested and doesn't show you much
 
keep up the good work the avocado looks delicious
that's some good fats right there
