Hi everyone since you guys are asking me to post a log, i will do it.
I started as a fatfuq 220.1lbs 5’5” started to change my diet and go to the gym on Jan 2023
My weight drop to 200lbs with around 35-40% body fat on October 2023. Then i hop on gear on November 2023 with UGFreak.
Right now July 16 2024 im at 178lbs with 20% body fat. I Also changed my diet since last month and it makes me lose like 1-2lbs a week and keep all the strength. My diet is high fat and protein and only eat carbs like ice cream and all desserts i wanted only before bed.

Diet
Breakfast - 4-6 eggs, 10+ slices of bacon.
Lunch - Culver’s, Wendy’s, Mcdonalds depends on the day. I always get 4 patties with 4 cheese no bun no toppings.
Dinner - ribeye steak, NY Strip steak, Philly cheesesteak depends on the day.
Before bed - Dairy queen oreo blizzard or Oreo Mcflurry or Wendy’s chocolate frosty some times cheesecake.
I avoided carbs at all cost during the day and loaded it back before sleep.

Diet
Breakfast - 4-6 eggs, 10+ slices of bacon.
Lunch - Culver’s, Wendy’s, Mcdonalds depends on the day. I always get 4 patties with 4 cheese no bun no toppings.
Dinner - ribeye steak, NY Strip steak, Philly cheesesteak depends on the day.
Before bed - Dairy queen oreo blizzard or Oreo Mcflurry or Wendy’s chocolate frosty some times cheesecake.
I avoided carbs at all cost during the day and loaded it back before sleep.

that has to go completely and before bed show be a low carb meal with veggies
think steak with veggies or something related

stop the fast food man
even if you get no bun its still cooked in nasty oils and its fake food

eat high quality whole foods and prep your own food. see the other logs on here for ideas
 
Invest in a rice cooker and an air fryer
you can cook just about anything in both and they're easy to use
 
do you own a grill
if not I would get one even if you live in an apartment you can get one of those George Foreman grills
 
you won't go wrong with cleaning up your nutrition
your diet is very bad so you'll get a lot of boost by simply cleaning that up
