carnivore diet is not a good idea
it's very hard to pull off and a lot of times people eat the wrong things and anyway
 
Since i avoid carbs all day already should i just go carnivore?

And im on 750 test E + 600 Eq a week as the log i posted
@pat7x if you can avoid carbs all day 100% than go carnivore for sure, cut all the carbs and stick to meat bro

but you need psyllium husk in the diet either way

750mgs testosterone 600mgs equipoise
how about aromasin? you taking Ai
how about n2guard? you taking organ liver support as strong

overall, I would suggest cutting doses of testosterone to 500mgs and equipoise to 400mgs for now, you're only absorbing a fraction of what you're injecting, rest is being wasted bro

Great job losing the weight man. You should be proud of that. Are you saying that you have been on gear for 37 weeks straight? It is kind of hard to ready your cycle the way you have it posted.

Yes bro, im planning to blast n cruise my whole life. After this 24 week EQ done ima cruise at 250mg/week u til next year i might hop on tren again. And thank you everyone in this community for the support

Tuesday
Neutral grip pull ups4 sets / to failure
Lats pull down3sets 130/145/160 to failure
Single arm lat pull over with cable machine3 sets 100 / to failure
Smith machine Barbell row3 sets 135 / to failure
Single arm Machine row3 sets 160 180 200 to failure
Hammer curl4 sets 35s dumbbells / to failure
Single arm biceps cable curl4 sets 40lbs / to failure
I don’t know what is this called but i set the bench like 45 degrees and lay on my back and do curls3 sets 20lbs / to failure
Reverse grip barbell curl. 3 sets 30lbs to failure
Wrist curl 3 sets 35lbs to failure
Reverse wrist curl 10lbs to failure

For diet yesterday
Breakfast- 4bacon 2 pork sausage links and 2 baked parmesan crusted chicken breast
Lunch - 3 bratwurst
Dinner - Panda express, greens,teriyaki chicken with no sauce, black pepper angus steak plus little bit of chow mein left over from my wife.

I said i got 0 cardio in the gym but i have to clarify, i walked 15k steps at work daily.

Lunch - fast
Dinner - it’s my wife birthday so we gonna go to Maggianos and we will eat a lot🤣

Also workout routine on Thursday is same as Monday and Friday is same as Tuesday. Basically push pull legs push pull and another week pull push legs pull push rotating.
Every ither Saturday will do Shoulders just like Wednesday.

30s is the lbs
Too late to take pic we got home already but i ate a lot of steamed mussels, lasagna, chicken marsala, crusted baked cod and tiramisu
About the reps, I just go until i cant even do quater rep anymore for the isolation exercises. Never ego lifting.
