Ugfreak scammed me I think

I purchased some gear from them and they said the transaction was rejected but according to my cashapp the transaction was successful. Now they aren't responding. I heard so many good reviews about them. Their top 3 on eroids. Can't believe this is happening. I spent 300$ on this order. I know it's the weekend. Could the lack of response be because it's a non business day? Not sure if these ugl websites take weekends off.
