its not about weight its about reps and squeeze like get to 300lbs leg press but tight movements slow squeeze the quads

Bro the carb count is pretty low only 20g for a whole bar its not full of bullshit either.

With the rep boost I definitely feel like I’m fighting for my life on the last rep but it’s a good burn bro

thats all cool i was just checking if you had carbs in the bar you good with carbs we planned almost 70-80 around training
wanted to know the hazelnut situation
i would cut the training by 2 exercises for now as you get used to the volume playa

I think 40-50 grams is the sweet spot but I’ll see how I feel on 70

lets see at 70

i would cut injury ones like shrugs and overhead presses generally those cause injury
so like at least cut to very little like 1 set of 10 light weight
