Today’s update refeed. I had a refeed today after a month of pushing 90 min stair master and 60 min workouts the past few days I’ve noticed more sluggish and tired even falling asleep after getting 8hrs of sleep. Had very clean foods overall
Just 3 servings almond butter 500g grilled chicken 200g cream of rice 60g honey 100g blueberry 200g tart cherries and some steak with veggies and and some rice.
