what foods should I go after for more carbs?

I’m looking for your tips on what foods I should go for to get more carbs in my diet. I know that there’s different carb, options out there. A lot of people seem to go for oatmeal and a lot of people like to go for rice. But what are some other foods that you can recommend for me? Or should I just stick to those?
 
I would go after things like brown rice and quinoa. Those healthy grains have benefits. They're good for your heart.
 
Fruits and vegetables. Are good carb options. I don't know why people are afraid of them.
 
i like the carbs that are in brown rice and potatoes. you can even make a soup. that is the best
