    feeling bad on new diet

    I have been on the metabolic diet for a week and I feel pretty bad. It is no major carbs at all. My workouts were crap the past couple days and my strength is down due to my blood sugar being so low. I’m around 30% body fat and I’m in my 50’s. Any advice why this is happening
