Yesterdays macros wasn’t my best day was busy driving every where very low in calories and macros where off
bros you can make your own protein shakes or bars. @Rocky611 They're going to be a lot healthier than ready made ones. And it will help you with your macros.

You know your right I have made some befor just to test it with protein prefer and oatmeal and almonds … I need to do this when I know I will be busy I wonder how long you can keep them in fridge befor they go bad ?
 
driving around and getting in nutrition can be a challenge. my advice is pack some food. things like a healthy sandwich can sit in a cooler for hours @Rocky611
I have a big cooler/ lunch pack I use for work I should have made my meals and just took them in .. I need to make that a habit .. I carry dam water with me like a purse every where I go I should have my lunch pack too … thanks for the idea
 
This was yesterdays macros I didn’t work out letting back recover and had no appetite at all was very hard to eat don’t know why

Yesterdays macros wasn’t my best day was busy driving every where very low in calories and macros where off
@Rocky611 before I retired I used to do a lot of driving as well. I used to spend all night at work. If I had an idea I would go with it. So really no excuse to why you can't be food prepping and taking food with you on the road.
 
Here is today’s macros will add some little meal when I get home but this is what I made for today wile I am at work and used a new app seems better then other it lets me add all ingredients in to one meal and lets me save that meal like “ shake” so I won’t have to keep adding everything one by one

Your right 100% I didn’t plan for it and you know what they say “if you fail to plan you plan to fail “ i will make it a habit to carry food around all the time

Thanks for the quick update from today. @Rocky611 Make sure you get some meal pictures though. I'm also one of those guys who doesn't really care about macros. I want to see you get quality food in your system.

Got you I am eating a meal now at work that is my salmon burger and eggs with veggies on the side
