wondering what your advice was when your workouts get stale. I’ve been doing a 5 day split for a year and I’m officially bored of it. I’m willing to try something else. I do train five times a week. My main days that I train are Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and sometimes on Thursday and the days I don’t train on Thursday I’ll train on Saturday. Do you have anything you can suggest for me as a good bodybuilder split?
