Whats up everyone..

Well the last few days I had to miss the gym because of the new job orientation and because I had to take my girlfriend to the hospital. She thought she was having a stroke but it turned out to be bell's palsy its been crazy and I've been dealing with a lot the last couple days..

Today I officially started the new job and I actually got my ass up early and hit the gym before work!!! 💪

You guys dont know how proud I am of myself for actually accomplishing this!! I had to dig deep but I made it happen and I actually had a great workout!!

Im glad I did cause after work I was pretty tired and so im gonna make this my new routine..

Thank you.. Yeah I think I got my calories and Macros pretty dialed for myself strength is increasing and bodyweight still going down I weighed in this morning at 206.6 which is a new low for me!!! Ill post update pics when I hit my second goal of 205lbs 💪

Hitting a new low at 206 while juggling a new job and everything else going on is a proper win, the consistency through the chaos is what is driving it.

Currently Im in the best shape of my life (which is kinda sad.. i know)

but as a contrast to where I was just a couple years ago. I went from having 10 years in active addiction, homelessness, on the verge of death and had completely given up on life.

To turning my life around and now working ,having my own place, a car, and hitting fitness goals I'd say its a HUGE win for sure
