Really appreciate the replies though. Veterans for some reason suffer more with low testosterone than average civilian population. Makes me think some sort of environmental exposures have crushed our T levels. Plastics, BPA, Soy laced food, xenoestrogens in household products like dryer sheets, etc.

lmao maybe I spend too much time reading those silly YouTube comments where half of the responses are bots talking to one another. Also, I believe it’s proven that on many of the big social medias, a large portion of the “followers” are fake profiles. You got a sense of humor and that’s a good indicator you’re human.

Current stats- 6 foot and 175-180 pounds. I run or bike 5 days a week and also do chest, curls, squats, etc. I listen to Greg Doucette and he recommends 150 minutes of cardio a week so that’s where the 30 mins 5 days a week comes from.

I’m fairly lean for my height. No blood pressure issues or anything. Being bigger would be awesome but I fear the big guy issues like hypertension diabetes etc.

@Wr1989 good question, if you do a test only cycle depends on the dose and depends on your diet training where you'll need the PCT and you will not need to use hcg, its estrogenic or maybe you will need it.
It's VERY hard to say without knowing anything about you bro, like we know nothing about you.
What we need is for you to share with use your test cycle and plans and your current diet and training, how?
start a NEW thread with your LOG journal and add your diet training cycle plans and we will guide your cycle into PCT and into results.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
