what are the options for a 50 something when it comes to sarms that are safe for me to use?
I’m 58

166 pounds
I am looking at using a sarm that is mild, don’t want side effects
my doctor said he is on board as long as I check in with him
 
you can use any that you want... there's nothing out of the question for you to go with but i need to know your goals before i make a recommendation to you

Mild sarms are easy they are all pretty mild.

20mgs cardarine gw with 50mgs ostarine mk is my choice.
 
ostarine is the older dude sarm of choice.

sarms are mild man, as long as you pick legit ones

If you buy from reputable sources and sarms are real, you will not have any sides.
Consider 20mgs of GW and 50mgs of MK2866, both daily
