hello I’m 66 years old and my wife recently passed away so I am a widow.
I spent a few months grieving but now I want to improve my body and get into the best shape of my life.
Recently I got my testosterone levels checked and they were around the 470 area so my doctor said that I’m good.
But he said if I wanted to blast some steroids that I should be careful especially at my age and I should get blood work done constantly.
what are the best steroids that you recommend for me? Some of the guys I play tennis with have recommended primo and anavar. Would these stack good together?

At 66 I would look into a good endocrinologist and the possibility of testosterone replacement therapy.

I don't think 470 is a good number in my opinion because I came in lower than u did in my early 30s and felt like garbage.

At 66 you need to be careful and really take health into consideration.

66 you're too old for a cycle
better get on TRT imo

primo and anavar may no be good since you play tennis. its very rough on the shoulders and joints and both those steroids are hardeners and dht's

My condolences to you on your loss. Your strength in moving your life forward is admirable.

Honestly...as an older guy myself... I think all you would need is low dose test...75-100mg/week would be good for you. You will feel like a million bucks. Your quality of life should improve as well. Be sure to monitor lipids accordingly.

I absolutely would never recommend steroid use at your age.. i am truly sorry for what you are going through but you are also not thinking clearly as you need... I would look at speaking to an endocrinologist and then going from there, perhaps considering some peptides after that
