Anavar and testosterone simple run

Newbie
I’m looking at anavar and testosterone, they both look good to me
What is the best dose of anavar and testosterone together if i want to keep things simple and not complicate things?
My plan was maybe 30mgs of anavar oxandrolone + 500mgs of testosterone enanthate
But i’m not sure on what to use with it besides arimidex
I’m 40 years old, 5’8’’ and 210 pounds

50mgs anavar with 250mgs testosterone and aromasin 5mgs and n2guard, that is the cycle I think you sure start with
 
300mgs test and 50mgs var is better

i would not necessarily use anavar with test at that dosage
i would drop the dosage more of test and let the var roll
 
Do something simple like test at 350-500mg per week and anavar at 50mg per day for 4-6 weeks. Just make sure you run N2Guard for liver support since anavar is liver toxic. Go with either aromasin or arimidex for estrogen and this for your PCT:
