right now I have chicken legs and I'm not ashamed to admit it
The good news I guess is of I have a lot of room to grow, I'm only twenty-four years old
what are some leg exercises you recommend to start growing my legs. My calves are so skinny that my wrists are thicker

Even if you have calves only problem you need to do squats and deadlifts for sure.
 
Calf raises and squats will help you grow.
