This past week again has been good so much improvement in strength and looks. Feeling on top of the world and I’m trying to lean out what I eat a bit better to try put on size and stay in a somewhat ok bf. I’ve also added in bpc 157 to help with a bit of joint pain I get when I seem to bulk and put on muscle quick my elbows go to shit so hopefully that sorts it.
In some movements I am the strongest I have ever been and still have ages left on my cycle it’s wicked. Again keep it short and sweet I’ll drop a unpumped pic I did today for this blog.
