When orders are submitted, shipping addresses are copied exactly as provided by the customer. Because of this, address errors typically do not occur on our end. That said, if a package is ever returned to us for any reason and we are notified, we always reship promptly. This is something we have consistently done for our customers, and many of our positive reviews reflect similar situations—particularly with Canada Post—where we’ve successfully reshipped orders at no additional cost. In fact, we’ve had countless customers make address errors, and we’ve always reshipped on our dime. Again this is reflected in our reviews.
