Cartanglobal.com scammed again

I have the worst luck with sources. I went with cartanglobal this time
I got scammed again. I ordered 3 vials of test and 2 vials of eq
They only sent me a partial order. 2 vials of test lol. I emailed them asking If this was normal and if they would send me the rest of my stuff on a separate shipping
they never got back to me completely ghosted me. I feel like I got scammed
